Juni’s an avid fly angler, rarely travels without gear, and if she’s missin’, she’s fishin’.

Some other facts about her:

* Has a horse named “Flipper”

* Has a pink bicycle named “Monkey” with a bell on the handlebars

* Former president of her local chapter of Trout Unlimited, Fly Fishing instructor for Casting For Recovery and Becoming an Outdoors Woman programs, and regular participant St. Judes Children’s Hospital “Hooked on a Cure” celebrity fly fishing events.

* Has been featured fly fishing shows.

* Has had music in several films and TV soundtracks.

*Was one of a few female competitors in the 2003 and 2004 OLN Fly Fishing Masters competition.

* Was the first woman to win the IARCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity, in 1981 (and the youngest rider to win, at that point in time)

*Was the first woman to be awarded the coveted Wrangler Award by the National Cowboy Museum for Most Outstanding Western Album

* Has a soft spot in her heart for stringed instuments in need of rescue.

* Is happily married to a non-musician, who is her fishing buddy. His name is Rusty.
